Late Arrivals Policy
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
"No Show" Policy
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or "no shows" will be required to pay 50% of the service charged to the card on file. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be a missed appointment if we don't hear from you.
Dissatisfaction Policy
We are so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your service at the Beauty Hive. We do ask that you contact your individual stylist to discuss any further arrangements. Stylists at the Beauty Hive are independent. This means any dissatisfaction should be discussed with said stylist.
